Alan Adler has been Executive Director of Friends of Falun Gong USA since its inception in November of 2000. He is also a principal executive in a silk flower import and manufacturing business and served on the board of the American Floral Importers Association from 1997-99. A veteran businessman, Mr. Adler has been traveling throughout Asia and in particular visiting China, for more than thirty years. In the last few years Mr. Adler has focused his energies on improving the human rights situation in China, and has worked to inform employees and factory owners of their rights under U.N. conventions.
