Nancy Tian, Ph.D., is an Organizational Development consultant. She has more than ten years experience doing international development work in Central America, Asia, Africa, Russia, and newly independent countries. She has worked with numerous NGOs including International Red Cross, and she has facilitated NGO management workshops including Strategic Planning, Gender and Development, and NGO Sustainability. She has been a consultant in a range of projects dealing with China's water supply and waste-water treatment projects in China.
